In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please email support FragrantObsessionbyfi@gmail.com and we will try to resolve the issue.

We can only accept returns on unused products you have purchased from Fragrant Obsession.

Returned products that return in unsaleable condition will be subject to a reduction in the refund value.  Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty. 

Only full priced items may be refunded, any items purchased in our sales are non-refundable.
