Where is my order?

We aim to post you order within 3-5 days of the purchase, however during busier periods this may be longer.

How much is P&P

P&P is £3.50 for every purchase. Free on orders over £30. Items are posted on Tuesday and Friday each week, unless bank holiday, where if possible, We will post on a Thursday.

SDS & CLP Compliant?

Yes! We have SDS, IFRA, ALLERGEN & CLP Documentation. If you need any of these just send us a message and we can email them to you.

Who supplies your fragrances?

We use several suppliers; Craftovator, Mystic Moments, Pure Life to name a few. if you would like further details please contact us for this information.

What Wax do you use? 

We use mostly Coconut and Rapeseed Wax, but also Soy wax on occasion. We keep records of which wax has been used for each batch, so if this information is required, please get in touch.
