Terms & Conditions

  • It is your duty to read, understand and accept our Terms and Conditions before you make a purchase.

  • Once the order is confirmed, you enrol in a binding contract. We may change our terms and conditions without notice to you.

  • Changes will apply to any further orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes. 

  • We do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our website. 

  • Card payments are processed online using a valid credit or debit card.

  • Your credit card company may undertake an additional security check to confirm it is you making the order.

  • ​

  • All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

  • ​

  • If the issuer of your payment card refuses, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

  • We try to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our goods are correct when they are posted on our website. However changes may be made to the colours and embellishments, without notice to you.

  • All orders made are subject to availability.  We try our best to keep all stock levels at the level of what is advised on the website, but we are not held responsible if an ordered item is no longer available. We will email you advise of this rejected order.

  • All our promotions and offers are subject to availability and non-transferable.


  • Sale prices are valid only for the period that the sale is live.


  • Once expired the sale price will no longer be valid.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw or change an offer at any time without prior notice.

  • Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address when ordering, as it cannot be amended once the order has been placed.

  • Shortly after you order has been placed you should receive an order acknowledgement, providing you gave a valid email address at the time of placing your order. If you have not received an e-mail please check your SPAM folder in the email address used when placing your order.

  • We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this Website.

  • In certain circumstances we will despatch orders with some items missing to either meet deadlines or because certain ingredients were unavailable, where this is the case we will either substitute items for a similar product or refund the missing items in full.

  • Fragrant Obsession returns policy is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations that came into force on 13 June 2014:

  • This states that customers have 14 days after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or the person that he/she asks you to deliver the goods to cancel their order.

  •  

  • We can only accept returns on unopened and unused wax melts. Goods that arrive with us in an unsellable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund value.  

  • ​

       Prior to returning any items to us, we do ask that you contact our customer care team via email (FragrantObsessionbyfi@gmail.com)          to notify them of your intent and the reason for the return. They will then respond  within 2 working days (Monday-Friday) to let you            know if your request has been granted and when you should receive your refund.
